Precision Dairy Health Platform
From milking robot data to early disease alerts — VetBoss gives farmers the warnings and vets the evidence to act before problems become expensive.
VetBoss bridges the gap between Silicon Valley precision and practical livestock farming. We pull together every data source on your farm and turn it into something you can actually act on — every morning, before the vet arrives.
Data from milking robots, sensors, and DHI systems is automatically combined with herd history, regional benchmarks, and veterinary knowledge.
Three AI agents — the Practitioner, the Economist, and the Herd Analyst — evaluate each animal from different angles simultaneously.
A clear daily briefing for the farmer and a pre-analyzed case summary for the vet — with early alerts for milk fever, mastitis, and more.
You already know your herd. VetBoss gives you a second pair of eyes that never sleeps — one that spots the early signs of milk fever or mastitis hours before they show up visually, and tells you exactly which cow to watch.
Most importantly: your data stays yours. No black boxes, no lock-in, no selling your herd's health records to a feed company.
You show up to every farm visit already knowing what happened since the last one. No chasing the farmer for records, no piecing together a picture from memory. VetBoss has the full case ready before you arrive.
It doesn't replace your judgement — it removes the noise so your expertise hits harder.
Early detection and precise treatment plans mean healthier herds and less suffering — before conditions become critical or irreversible.
Better margins through fewer unnecessary treatments, reduced milk losses, and fewer emergency call-outs. Every euro saved goes back to the farm.
Targeted treatment means less antibiotic use and more sustainable dairy production — better for farms, communities, and the planet.
From the Farm
“I'll be honest: I'm not usually one for fancy gadgets. When I first heard about VetBoss, I was more than sceptical. But after four weeks of testing, I have to admit: this system works.
The turning point was a specific cow. VetBoss flagged a high risk of milk fever, even though she looked perfectly fine to my eye. I kept a close watch, and sure enough, the suspicion was confirmed the next day. Because I had that head start, I could act immediately.
It's been the same with mastitis — the system picks up on indicators early, allowing for targeted treatment. I now check the app every morning and evening: it's become a fixed part of my routine.
CEO & Chief Veterinary Officer
Christoph leads VetBoss as both Chief Executive and Chief Veterinary Officer — a rare combination of business acumen and deep clinical expertise in dairy medicine. He has held senior roles in Product Management and Business Unit Management across Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
At VetBoss, he is the architect of the "AI with wellies" philosophy: technology that actually fits into a working farm, not a Silicon Valley boardroom. His mission is to empower veterinarians as data-driven decision-makers without replacing the human judgement that makes great vets great.
Technical Lead
Paul leads technology strategy and product development at VetBoss. He combines software engineering depth with a strong track record in building scalable digital products — including senior roles in technology consulting at Carl Zeiss and BCG Platinion.
Earlier at BayWa, one of Europe's leading agribusiness groups, he built and led the company's eCommerce organisation from the ground up. At VetBoss, that blend of ag-sector experience and engineering rigour drives every architecture decision — from how data flows in from the milking robot, to how a vet reads the morning summary on their phone.
